Shipping & Delivery

Before you place an order with Usarugbyclub, there are a few non-negotiable points you need to be aware of. First, your order is final once it enters our system. We cannot modify the model, color, or any other detail after that point, and cancellations are not possible. It is your responsibility to review your selection carefully before completing payment.

Additionally, you must check your local postal regulations for any restricted items. Usarugbyclub is not liable for packages that are refused entry into your country because they contain prohibited goods. This is entirely your risk to assess beforehand.

What We Handle: Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed and shipped directly from our warehouse. During peak periods, such as holidays and sale seasons, you should anticipate that processing will take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience during these busy windows.

Once your package leaves our facility, we will send a shipping confirmation to your email. This message includes your tracking information. The cost of shipping is calculated based on the total weight of your package and its final destination.

Your Role During Transit: Tracking & Customs

Once the shipment is en route, the responsibility shifts to you. You are the sole party responsible for actively tracking the package and submitting any required documentation or information to the courier or your local customs office. This is not a passive process.

If a delivery fails or the package is marked “return to sender” because you did not follow up, provide necessary notifications, or meet the courier’s requirements, we cannot issue a refund or a free replacement. In that scenario, you would likely need to place a new order entirely.

Your local customs office may also request additional documents to clear the package, which can introduce delays beyond the original delivery estimate. The final delivery itself will be made by either your local post office or a courier service. If you are not home, a notice card is typically left to explain how to collect your parcel.

Understanding the Costs You Cover

Several financial obligations fall squarely on you, the recipient. For all international orders, you are responsible for paying any import taxes, duties, and customs fees. These charges are set by the destination country’s customs office and are not covered by Usarugbyclub.

You may also face costs related to currency conversion. Our store displays prices in your local currency for convenience, but the final checkout and transaction are processed in USD through Paypal or Stripe. If your credit card account uses a currency other than USD, your bank may apply its own exchange rate and charge a foreign transaction fee. We have no control over, and bear no responsibility for, these bank-determined charges.

What Happens If Something Goes Wrong

If a package is returned to us because of your failure to track it, pay customs fees, or follow local postal regulations, the financial loss is yours. As stated, no refund or free reshipment will be processed. We strongly advise you to monitor your tracking link daily and respond immediately to any requests from customs or the courier.

Changing Your Mind: Cancellation Limits

We process orders quickly. If you realize you need to change or cancel an order, you must contact us immediately. However, the window for this is extremely narrow. Once our warehouse has begun processing your order, no modifications are possible. Furthermore, any order that has already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

To summarize, all financial and logistical risks related to currency exchange, customs clearance, and failed delivery due to inaction rest with you. Please ensure you are fully prepared to meet these obligations before you complete your purchase.
